Torben Ballegaard Sørensen is Chairman of PulmoPharma. Torben is an Adjunct Professor at University of Aarhus, Business School, and has an extensive business and board experience.  

The founders also own Liquid Vanity ApS (CVR # 32294715). Liquid Vanity ApS is a R&D company incorporated under Danish Law in 2009, focuses on the underlying anti-fungal synergistic technology, patented at a basic molecule level. Has granted to Bardazid the exclusive global rights to utilize the technology in the disinfectant field.
